Sound Therapy

In a hyper-connected world filled with tension, sound therapy offers a precious moment of reconnection with oneself—a moment we rarely allow ourselves in our daily lives.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a holistic treatment that uses sounds, frequencies, and vibrations to bring you into a deeply relaxing physical and mental space.
Therapeutic instruments are played with the intention of slowing down your brainwaves, signaling to your body that it is safe. You will begin to breathe more slowly, and your heart rate will decrease. Your attention turns inward. You detach from the physical world around you, and your mind enters a deeper state of consciousness—a deep meditation. It’s an invite to rest, a way to heal, to let go, and to recover from the stress you may be carrying within.
When working with sound, it is not necessary to verbalize the issue you wish to address. During a sound therapy session, you can explore your feelings in an abstract way. The sessions are designed to give you access to your inner mind, deep within your subconscious, so the exact words for what you are trying to change or discover are not needed.
What Happens During a Session?
A session typically lasts 1 hour, including an introductory explanation, a short meditation, followed by the sound bath itself. Finally, a concluding period of around 10 minutes helps gently bring you back and close the session. The sound bath is usually experienced lying down, but you can also enjoy it seated. The most important thing is to be in a comfortable position.

How Do Sound and Vibrations Work?
Sound blocks out the noise of the past and fears of the future, cutting through worries and tension, bringing us back to the present moment.
Sound has the ability to wrap us in an auditory blanket of safety and comfort, guiding us on a healing journey without the need for words.
Sound healing is not just rest—it can also be recovery. It is a bodily and somatic experience that helps restore health, whether dealing with emotional, mental, or even physical pain. Sound healing can relieve physical discomfort as well as emotional and mental wounds.
